These
knitting skills are used:
casting on stitches, knit and purl stitches, increasing stitches from the strand between stitches, knitting twisted stitches through the front and back loop, yarn overs, knitting stitches together, slip-slip-knit decreases, binding off stitches.

Material:
Basically, any thin yarn of your choice can be used with a suitable needle size + one needle size larger than recommended on the yarn label.
Used here: 50 g light turquoise + 50 g darker turquoise Ferner Wolle Merino Lace hand-dyed, 100% merino, 50 g – 250 m for needle size 2.0 to 3.0; used here: circular knitting needles size 3.0 with different cable lengths (60 cm for the beginning, then switch to an 80 cm cable length), circular knitting needle size 4.0, at least 80 cm cable length; yarn needle for weaving in ends, scissors; crochet hook size 2.5.
My gauge with needle size 3.0: in stockinette stitch, 30 sts = approx. 10 cm (this information is provided for reference only, since a
gauge swatch is not required).
