You can crochet this little cuddly kitten yourself! If you choose fluffy yarn, it will turn out especially plush (see the cat on the left in the picture). But you can also use any other yarn (e.g., Bravo by Schachenmayr - on the right).
The kitten is crocheted using only single crochet stitches. So the pattern is absolutely beginner-friendly; it includes lots of pictures, step-by-step explanations, and tips for crocheting with fluffy yarn.

Crochet pattern for the FARBENSPIEL triangular shawl

(For purchase/download, please click the image)

Cheerfully colorful – in your favorite colors (also great for using up leftover yarn, if desired), this triangular shawl is quick to crochet in just a few evenings – very relaxing.. and a wonderful gift for all kinds of occasions (Easter, Mother’s Day, birthday, Christmas, wedding, etc.). In classic colors it’s lovely for a trip to the theater, or bright and colorful for vacation and the beach.

  • Also ideal for beginners
  • NO gauge required
  • for any yarn you like, any color choice – leftover yarn can also be used
  • shawl size as desired; measurements of the shawl shown: approx. 200 cm x 100 cm
  • Illustrated PDF pattern incl. short version for printing (no crochet chart)
These crochet skills are enough: chain stitches, single crochet and slip stitches (all explained with pictures).

Materials:
Basically, any yarn you like can be used with the appropriate hook size; it’s especially well suited for thin yarns, lace yarns / gradient yarns (e.g. cakes).

For the size crocheted here:
approx. 350 g total of Limone/Catania cotton yarn, 100% cotton, 50 g – 125 m, any color choice, here 8 colors (partly using leftovers); according to the label for hook size 2.5 – 3.5;
used here: crochet hook 3.5.
We will also need: yarn needle for weaving in ends, scissors. A stitch marker is helpful for beginners, pins for blocking.

Here’s a brand-new crochet pattern for a unicorn .

These cute unicorns are all crocheted the same way; you can choose any color combination you like. The unicorn was crocheted using Catona cotton yarn by Scheepjes and measures about 27 cm tall to the tip of the horn.

The crochet pattern is very well described and includes plenty of pictures, so even less experienced crocheters can follow along. You’ll need to know how to do:
  • single crochet
  • half double crochet
  • double crochet
  • triple crochet
  • chain stitches
  • slip stitches
  • crocheting in spiral rounds
  • magic ring

Materials:
  • Cotton yarn, 50 g / 125 m
  • 100 g white / body color
  • 75 g pink / color for hooves, horn, mane, and tail
  • Blue yarn remnants for the eyes
  • 2 safety eyes, 10 mm
  • Crochet hook size 2
  • Optional: a gold thread to crochet with (Elisa 25 g / 175 m)
  • stuffing
  • False eyelashes from the drugstore

It is suitable for cleansing the face, or for removing dead skin flakes from the body and helping your summer tan last a little longer.
A great gift for Mother's Day, birthdays, or Christmas, ...

The glove is crocheted in rows without increases or decreases, using about 25 g of cotton yarn with a yardage of 125 m/50 g (e.g., Schachenmayr Catania) and a 3.0 mm crochet hook, with single crochet and double crochet stitches. In addition, all you need is a pair of scissors and a suitable yarn needle.

A door wreath is always a popular gift. This one is small (12 cm in diameter), understated, and "made with love". It’s decorated with little hearts and roses and can also be used as a window or wall decoration. It’s very easy to crochet, and you’ll only need a small amount of yarn.
The pattern is available here: Door Wreath

This is pure retro!

The doll stands discreetly in the bathroom and hides the spare roll of toilet paper under her skirt. "That's exactly how it was at my grandma's!" your guests will say after their next visit.

The lovely-looking doll brings back many a childhood memory, is guaranteed to provide plenty to talk about and maybe even a laugh or two.

The crochet pattern is divided into a detailed written step-by-step section and an equally detailed photo tutorial. The toilet roll doll is an ideal beginner project.

Get the crochet pattern here and start stocking your bathroom with spare paper tomorrow with a smile.
