A crocheted jacket like this is great for transitional weather. It is crocheted from merino wool and described in 2 sizes. The jacket is crocheted with double crochet and single crochet stitches. I made the appliqués from leftover cotton yarn.

It doesn't always have to be cute little 3D animals. This baby jacket has an adorable giraffe appliqué. The giraffe peeks out of the pocket with its curious eyes. The little jacket is a sweet eye-catcher. With the pattern, the jacket can be crocheted in the following 2 sizes: size 62/68 (up to 6 months) and size 74/80 (9 to 12 months).
I crocheted the baby jacket with Lisa yarn (yardage: 50g/133m) from Gründl. Alternatively, the jacket can also be crocheted with the following yarns, among others:
  • Schachenmayr, Baby Smiles Bravo 135
  • Pro Lana, Basic Cotton
  • Schachenmayr, Catania.
Materials needed (The material usage refers to the jacket in size 62/68. For size 74/80, approx. 30 g of yarn should be added):
Lisa acrylic yarn:
  • Pastel yellow, approx. 160g
  • Yellow, approx. 10 g
  • Medium brown, approx. 10g
  • Scraps in cream, black and white
  • Crochet hooks sizes 2.5 and 3, embroidery and sewing needle.
The pattern includes 24 pages with many pictures and a chart for the appliqué.

Knowledge required: single crochet, magic ring, double crochet, and increasing and decreasing stitches.

You can never have too many shoes, even for a baby.

Especially in spring and summer, a pair of these low shoes is simply ideal and an eye-catcher for any outfit.

Crocheted from approx. 40 g of yarn, perhaps in different colors, plus 2 buttons, the crochet fun can begin.

Depending on the yardage of the yarn, the shoe will be between 9 cm and 10.5 cm in size.Scraps of yarn are also suitable for crocheting these little shoes, as you can work well with different colors and yarns.

You should know chain stitches, half double crochets, slip stitches, and single crochets.

Sweet Baby Pants Size 50-56
These baby pants grow with your baby for a while.
By folding over the cuff on the little legs, you can adjust the pants to make them larger or even a little smaller.
Knitted on two needles

You will need:
100g sock yarn, as shown in the picture; it is soft and the pants can be machine-washed on a gentle cycle. 2 needles size 3
I always use Gründl yarn, great for knitting.
The pants are knitted from the bottom up on two needles and in two pieces. Knitting these baby pants is a lot of fun, and the joy over your self-knitted pants will be great. They are also sure to make a wonderful gift.

Everything for baby is in my collection: All About Baby (click me)
One of many patterns and charts from it is this one

Baby Cardigan JAKOB plus Loop

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

This baby cardigan (from the 4-piece “Jakob” set) can be worn in any season; without the loop, it’s also suitable for cool summer days. The loop is knitted separately and buttons at the back. The set is made in size 62/68 (but can possibly still be worn at size 74—it “grows with your baby”) from soft, temperature-regulating merino yarn, approx. 120 to 130 m yardage (e.g., from Schachenmayr) for needle size 3 to 4.

Basic knitting skills are sufficient.

Included in the download :

  • PDF pattern for baby jacket “Jakob” - illustrated
  • PDF pattern for baby loop “Jakob” - illustrated
  • PDF measurements for traditional baby jackets up to size 74

More knitting/crochet patterns are available in my Shop.

Here’s the knitting pattern for baby socks, featuring a particularly simple heel. This makes knitting socks a real joy. You’re sure to end up making more than just one pair.

You’ll need sock yarn (50g) and a little leftover purple yarn. Colors of your choice are also no problem. Give it a try. You’ll be very pleased with the finished piece.

It's still quite cold and chilly in the mornings and throughout the morning. And then it's nice to put on a warm little hat.

This hat comes in 8 sizes, starting at 30–33 cm (preemies) and going from newborns all the way up to adults.

You should be familiar with a set of double-pointed needles and knit and purl stitches, then this hat is also quick to knit.

I knitted the hat with various yarns, e.g. Schachenmayr Juvel LL 50 g / 106 m, Schachenmayr Extra Merino LL 50 g / 130 m, Patons Diploma Gold LL 50 g / 120 m, Schachenmayr Soft Wool LL 50 g / 110 m. For the very little ones, one ball is more than enough. Of course, you can also knit the hat easily with any other yarn.

Baby Leg Warmers for 0–3 Months
___________________________

It's still cool out, and baby leg warmers are still needed. These are knitted from thin yarn, so they're perfect for the transitional season.

You will need:
50 g yarn in two colors, 2 needles, because the leg warmers are knitted on 2 needles.

There are still discounts on my patterns right now, so let's get started.

You can crochet this little companion for your brave dragon slayer yourself with the help of this pattern. All steps are explained in detail, and many pictures help you with making it. For this great project you need: a crochet hook size 2-2.5, yarn; I recommend Mondial bio soft Cotton 50g-180 m. This yarn is made of 100% organic cotton, is very soft and tested for harmful substances, making it ideal for baby toys. (or alternatively Katia “Candy” for Baby or Online cotton Baby) You can also use a different yarn, but you must keep in mind that this will change the size of the cloth. You need: pink leftover yarn, black leftover yarn for the mouth, mint with colorful speckles (color 291) for the underside of the cloth, the wings and the ears, approx. 50 g apple green (color 135) for the top of the cloth, the head and the legs, approx. 50 g aqua (color 522) leftover yarn for the spots on the back, for crocheting around the wings, and for embroidering the hair. If you use a different yarn, you may need to adjust the yarn quantities. A darning needle for weaving in ends, scissors, a stitch marker or a thread in a contrasting color to mark the beginning of each round, sewing thread in a matching color to sew on the head, spots and wings. Stuffing, crinkle foil for the wings, stitch marker. To crochet the comforter, you need to know the following: single crochet (sc), half double crochet (hdc), double crochet (dc), treble crochet (tr), decreases, increases, slip stitch, magic ring, popcorn stitch

From the first day to puberty

The simple basic sweater can be customized with color combinations and never gets boring.

From the neckline down, the children’s basic sweater is crocheted in rounds and involves almost no annoying sewing work.

The detailed crochet pattern describes how to make the basic sweater in every children’s size.

For years to come, you can make it again and again in new versions.

required skills:
double crochet

This sweet little calf will make any baby smile. With its cute little bell, you’ll instantly grab their attention and have lots of fun playing :-) . The grasping ring is about 20 cm tall including the horns. It fits into any bag and can be taken anywhere. The perfect distraction on the go and at home. The little calf is easy to crochet and is also great for crochet beginners! You only need to know the basic crochet techniques: single crochet, increasing and decreasing single crochet, making a magic ring, and sewing the individual parts together. What you’ll need:
    • Approx. 20 g of yarn in the color you want the calf to be (I used “Sun City” yarn by Schachenmayr). This yarn should be suitable for a 3.5 mm crochet hook. Leftover pink yarn for the nose, as well as leftovers in dark brown and red. This leftover yarn should be suitable for a 3 mm crochet hook
    • A 3.5 mm crochet hook and a 3 mm crochet hook. If you use a 4 mm hook for the body, the calf will be larger.
    • A darning needle and scissors
    • Stuffing
    • 8 mm safety eyes; if you don’t want to use safety eyes or don’t have any available, you can of course embroider the eyes instead
    • A stitch marker
    • A small bell
16-page crochet pattern with lots of pictures. Difficulty level: easy. Now grab your crochet hook! Have fun crocheting it. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message anytime—I’ll reply as quickly as possible.

What nicer gift could you give a new little arrival than a cozy blanket...It can be made in any color, yarn weight, and size; the pattern explains exactly how. Here it is made for a boy in shades of blue—for
little princesses, in shades of rose/pink. The blankets shown in the pictures
have a size of approx. 85 cm x 85 cm.

Click here and you’ll go to the pattern:

    Materials needed:
    • For each blanket, 1200 m of 4-ply yarn with a beautiful color gradient was used here. The matching yarn cakes named "little girl" and "little boy" are available from Wollfamos. Of course, any other yarn can also be
      used
    • crochet hook suitable for the yarn used (I used hook size 3.5)
