Knitting stitch pattern

What is the name of the stitch pattern with 3 knit stitches and 1 purl stitch alternating? Unfortunately, I don’t know.
and I have a question: can I also knit this for socks in size 43/44?
I have 4-ply sock yarn

Do you want to knit the stitch pattern for the sock cuff?
For sizes 43/44, you’ll probably need 64 stitches, so 16 stitches per needle.
The number of stitches for the pattern you mentioned must be divisible by four, so you could knit the socks that way.

I have 17 stitches on the needle and knitted 1 purl, 3 knit stitches to the end of the needle, ending with 1 purl stitch—and I do this on all 4 needles. I wanted to knit this pattern all the way to the toe.
