here you’ll find everything you need to plan and prepare a wedding and to get married. Rest and relaxation while crafting are included. Wedding preparations take a lot of time and use up plenty of energy, so handicrafts are of course essential.

A festive lace shawl is sure to look lovely at a wedding.
This one is knitted from 4-ply sock yarn, can easily be adjusted in size, also works in just one color, and really makes an impression :-)
For a shawl with a wingspan of 150 cm, you need about 350 m in white and 70 m in red (or whichever colors you prefer); for larger shawls, you should of course plan for more. Plus a 4 mm circular knitting needle and possibly a stitch marker.

The wedding couple is gift packaging for a cash gift or a voucher for the bride and groom. They also make a lovely topper for the wedding cake and therefore a lasting memory of the "most beautiful day in life." 
The little dolls are crocheted around the capsule of a surprise egg. Inside, you can hide the money or voucher. If they are only to be used as decoration, you can also stuff them with craft yarn. 
Let your creativity run free and match the hair color and hairstyle to the appearance of the real bride and groom.
Here is the pattern.

Ithilien is the Elvish word for Moon-land, and it is the name of this beautiful, elegant lace stole that will be the highlight of any wedding dress.

The stole is knitted from the center using a provisional cast-on (note: this is not explained in detail in the pattern—please google it ☺) and then worked in both directions. It can be knitted with any yarn in lace or sock-weight thickness.

Materials needed:

• approx. 200–225 grams of yarn (lace yarn or a 3- to 4-ply gradient cake)
• some leftover yarn for the provisional cast-on
• a suitable crochet hook
• stitch markers
• kitchen scale to weigh yarn usage

To bring out the points nicely when blocking, I recommend carefully using a little spray starch.
The pattern is 11 pages long and includes charts, written-out instructions, and a schematic drawing.
The difficulty level is intermediate, but ambitious beginners will also manage well with the pattern.

I have a lovely recommendation for all the ladies who are invited to a wedding and are still looking for something small and light to wear over it. A jacket is sometimes too much. That’s why I recommend this airy, lightweight summer poncho with a casual drape. It flatters every woman and hides a few little problem areas. It sways elegantly and casually with every step. That way, you’ll look good in the wedding photos for the family album later on too - as my pictures suggest. You can knit it in white or any other color that matches your dress. The knitting pattern is also very suitable for beginners. We knit knit stitches, purl stitches, and yarn overs.

Materials:

• 200 g "New Babette for Baby (LL 335/50 g) for the white version in my pattern OR
• 200 g „Drachenwolle“ (LL 600 m/100 g) for the blue version OR
• other yarn with the same yardage
• circular knitting needle with metal tips, size 3.5, approx. 80 cm long (or longer)

When a wedding is coming up, little girls get very excited too. They have lots of questions and prepare for it in their own playful way. What could be nicer than knitting them a wedding dress for their doll and then playing “wedding” together? The little doll could even be brought along to the wedding. That would be just wonderful.

Materials:

• 25 g fine acrylic yarn (e.g., “Peques for Baby” by Katia, yardage 232 m/50 g),
• a set of double-pointed needles (size 2, length 15 cm) and
• a crochet hook (size 1.75 or 1.5) and
• decorations of your choice (e.g., little roses and beads)
• and my knitting pattern.

The pattern is also suitable for knitting beginners if they can knit with a set of double-pointed needles or would like to learn. I explain and show everything very clearly, step by step.
