Hello dear admins, I just bought a pattern that I can't open. It says the file is corrupted. What should I do?

you have a PDF reader and an unzip program, right?

Ich habe schon mehrere Anleitungen gekauft und hatte bisher nie Probleme. Es handelt sich um die Anleitung "Ente Alex und Lexi - Entengeschwister" von SchlappohrhundWuppertal.

thanks — I would have had all the fun and enjoyment if I’d made sure I had enough yarn. I started last night full of enthusiasm, and just like that… the yarn wasn’t enough. But never mind — your pattern is beautifully and clearly written, and I’m looking forward to more from you.
