The pattern I just bought is corrupted

Hello dear admins, I just bought a pattern that I can't open. It says the file is corrupted. What should I do?

you have a PDF reader and an unzip program, right?
Which pattern are we talking about?

I’ve bought several patterns before and have never had any problems. It’s the pattern “Ente Alex und Lexi - Entengeschwister” by SchlappohrhundWuppertal.

thanks — I would have had all the fun and enjoyment if I’d made sure I had enough yarn. I started last night full of enthusiasm, and just like that… the yarn wasn’t enough. But never mind — your pattern is beautifully and clearly written, and I’m looking forward to more from you.
