Here is the knitting pattern for a cute baby hat knitted on two needles.

You’ll need: 50 g of yarn in the color of your choice, colorful gradient yarn, and 1 appliqué
  • What you need to know: Stockinette stitch, i.e. right side = knit stitches, wrong side = purl stitches. The slip-slip-knit decrease is explained in the text.
The hat is knitted on two needles, because not everyone likes knitting in the round. It’s also very suitable for beginners
The rolled edge is especially pretty in spring and lets a little spring air in.

This cute hat is knitted on two needles.

Material: 50 g of yarn in the color of your choice; colorful gradient yarn looks very nice. 2 needles size 3.5

1 white cord, handmade from white yarn or one you already have. It just needs to be easy to pull tight. 1 matching appliqué of your choice.

  • What you need to know: Stockinette stitch, i.e. knit stitches on the right side, purl stitches on the wrong side.
Rib pattern: knit 2, purl 2. Knit one eyelet row, and knit 2 stitches together for the decreases around the crown.
And then you can get started. Have fun making it.

Here are 3 patterns for the price of one! The baby blanket is knitted with 4-ply gradient yarn (approx. 160 g), but sock yarn or any other yarn of your choice works just as well. The matching baby socks are included, plus the knitted balloons as decoration.
The blanket is very easy to knit using knit stitches and yarn overs. The little booties are also easy to make if you have basic knitting skills.
And here you can find the patterns...
