February is over. I hope it was a good month for you. Here again are the new releases from February for you to read up on.
Now we continue with the new patterns for March.

Take a look at what just hopped fresh off my hook:
The cute little sheep egg cups!! They brighten up any breakfast table and make you laugh early in the morning with their look. The little sheep are a really fun eye-catcher and also make a great gift! I crochet the “fur look” with bobbles. I explain these to you in great detail at the beginning of the pattern using pictures. I also use lots of pictures throughout the rest of the pattern to better illustrate every step. This makes the crochet pattern quick and easy to understand! You should be confident with single crochet stitches: increasing and decreasing stitches, as well as making a magic ring. Scope: 16 illustrated pages of crochet pattern
Difficulty level: medium to easy, but easy to understand and quick to make thanks to the many pictures. What you need

• A 3 mm crochet hook Approx. 15–20 g craft yarn/wool in the color of your choice (white, cream, beige, brown, black... little sheep come in all kinds of colors ;-) ). This yarn should be suitable for a 3 mm crochet hook. I crocheted the little sheep with 100% cotton yarn, which makes them nice and sturdy.

We were very curious about the HEMP NATURAL YARN "WoCa" by ADRIAFIL...
... and right away another triangular shawl was created.
Here, wool with hemp was transformed into a soft natural yarn.

The play of colors and the simple yet refined pattern are convincing!

This triangular shawl will also become a "MUST HAVE" in merino or cotton!

New from me this March is this pattern for a knitted scarf called “Turnery.” It’s not exactly spring-like, but maybe it’ll be winter again by the time you finish it :-)
Knitted using the double-knitting technique with thick yarn (84 m/50 g, approx. 350 m of each color); not necessarily suitable for beginners. And of course, it can also be knitted with other yarns.

The Knobblys are very easy to crochet and, with a little yarn, a size 2.5 crochet hook, and stuffing, they’re finished quite quickly. Only for the little dandelion will you need some yellow eyelash yarn and a size 4.5 crochet hook.
The Knobblys are perfect as gifts, but they also love to just hang around ... on a bag, on a school bag, on an Easter bouquet, on the car mirror ... :-)

The crescent-shaped Ayana shawl is airy and lightweight and a small challenge, because every row has a different pattern - so boredom is guaranteed not to set in while you wait for summer in the rain.

Basic knitting skills are sufficient.

Difficulty level for baby shoes: easy; for baby socks: intermediate (easy for experienced knitters).

Material:

The baby socks are knitted with a size 2.5 set of double-pointed needles using 4-ply sock yarn (approx. 15 g for sizes 15 to 22). A cable needle (size 2.5) is required for the cable.

For the baby shoes, I used 50 g of soft merino yarn with approx. 120 m - 130 m yardage per 50 g skein, color petrol, for knitting needle size 3–4, approx. 20 g of matching leftover yarn in the same yarn weight, color eggshell white or light beige (= leftover yarn). Gauge according to the ball band: 22 stitches x 30 rows = 10 x 10 cm; used here: knitting needle 3.5, tape measure, scissors, yarn needle, and a 3.0 crochet hook for the bow.

Whether you carry it in your backpack or use it at home on a garden bench, a felted seat cushion like this is simply practical, keeps dirt away, and can absorb a lot of moisture. Even when damp, it still provides good protection from the cold.

Made a little smaller, it could also be used as a potholder .

We need:

Felting yarn made of 100% virgin wool, 50 g – 50 m, according to the label for hook sizes 7–8;
used here: crochet hook size 8.0 and Filzi (Schoeller+Stahl), for a seat cushion about 40 cm x 40 cm in size:

• 300 g main color or colors of your choice—leftover yarn can also be used
• 50 g contrast color

We also need: crochet hook size 8.0, yarn needle for sewing in ends, measuring tape, scissors.
For felting in the washing machine: wash a tennis ball or towels along with it on a normal wash cycle. Use regular laundry detergent.

New from me in March is this rectangular wrap. I knitted the original in cotton with a yardage of 170 m per 100 g and used 3 skeins for it. But the pattern is also suitable for other yarns and can be knitted in any size you like—from a scarf to a wide stole.
The pattern is suitable for beginners; you only need to know knit and purl stitches, that’s all. A knitting chart is included, but it’s also written out row by row.

To mark the long-awaited arrival of spring, I have a new window decoration: Even if real flowers still need a little more time in some places, they can already bloom in your window.
 


The picture, measuring approx. 48.5 x 53 cm, is made from photo cardstock and tracing paper. The motif is cut out using the template, so it does not have to be transferred onto the photo cardstock - saving you a rather tedious step and letting you start cutting right away. The picture has many small elements and therefore requires a bit of patience and skill with a craft knife, but otherwise it is well suited even for craft beginners.
