Payment via PayPal

Hi, I bought two patterns for 3 € and paid via PayPal as usual. But I kept getting an error message saying an internal error had occurred and that I should try again. Well, quite a while later, I started receiving one email after another saying that the 3 euros had been transferred—a total of four times... I sent an email to crazypatterns, but haven’t received a reply yet. What should I do now? Reinhild (Hildchen)

support is currently overloaded, so it may take 1–3 days to receive a reply.

this is probably a PayPal error, because I’ve had this problem before on another platform (Stiftung Warentest)—luckily, in my case it was only €1.50...

CP will definitely make sure you get a refund for the overpayment.
