Empty ZIP file

On February 15, I bought a pattern from engelbengel, paid for it, and downloaded
the ZIP file—BUT there was nothing in the ZIP file!
I’ve already sent a message to the seller, but I haven’t received a reply yet!
What can I do now to either get the file or my money back?
