As much as possible, I work through one project after another.
At the moment I’m crocheting a transitional loop scarf; after that, a winter skirt is up next...
I don’t have any UFOs, only WIPs (Work in progress) *laugh* - with some of them, the “progress” just takes a little longer...
Right now I have a scarf, a shawl, and several amigurumis in progress - I always keep crocheting on whatever I feel like at the moment, and if none of them appeals to me, then I start something new...
@Dorigurumi: I could really use a few extra hands too - I have more than enough ideas...
I’ll admit it—I’m a “finisher” ;-) I don’t have any UFOs, but I’ll also admit that if I work away at something for too long, I throw it away and delete the file too. And soooooo eventually, I’ll try to start over from scratch, or it just fades from my memory. I’m such a neat freak. No leftovers… no unfinished business.
If you look at it that way, I only have WIPs myself.
But when it comes to a real UFO, my mother-in-law asked me last time: “How’s your (that is, my) dad’s vest coming along?” Well, I put it away in the closet almost finished a year ago because I absolutely had to get the blanket for my best friend’s baby (a preemie) finished sooner than expected.
I completely forgot about it. Now I’ve firmly resolved that he’ll get it for his birthday in September. I don’t want to put myself under pressure, after all...
