Dear users, dear authors,

If you’d like to give a lovely Valentine’s Day gift that’s been lovingly handmade, now’s the time to get started. I recommend patterns that use leftover yarn and aren’t too time-consuming.
You’ll find suitable patterns right here in this thread.
Good luck!
Tip: If you’re giving a gift with love—or receiving one with love—there’s no need to worry about a few imperfect stitches. No stress—it’ll all work out. Even beginners can give lovely creations as Valentine’s Day gifts.

@Authors
Please share suitable patterns here that use leftover yarn, feature hearts, charms, cute animals, etc. Include details about the materials, technique, difficulty level, and what makes the pattern special. Be sure to include a link and an image as well.

Great for using up leftover yarn are always keychains/bag charms, and everyone can really use them. In my shop you’ll find lots of different ones. For example, these stars. Also perfect as bag or rearview mirror charms, they’ll put you in a good mood right away.

With this beautiful winged heart, you’re not only giving love and joy on Valentine’s Day—it’ll come right back to you!

Made from leftover yarn, this heart can be crocheted in just a few hours.

For the heart, you’ll need:

  • Leftover yarn in white and red (e.g., Catania by Schachenmayr)
  • Beads (make sure the holes are wide enough for the yarn to fit through)
  • some stuffing
  • Crochet hook size 3.0
  • Pins for attaching the wings to the heart
  • Sewing needle for weaving in the ends and sewing on the wings
  • white sewing thread
  • Scissors
Using the yarn listed above, the heart will measure approximately 9 cm high (excluding the loop and bead charm) and approximately 16 cm wide.
You don’t need any special crocheting skills, since the heart is crocheted using only chain stitches, single crochet stitches, and double crochet stitches. However, you should have some basic knowledge of crocheting. Difficulty level: easy.
The pattern is 9 pages long and includes numerous pictures and charts.

The clock is ticking... but if we hurry, we can still make this *adorable* scented pillow...

Since it’s worked with thick needles, it can be finished in 2–3 evenings.

The finished pillow measures approximately 24 x 23 cm.

A chart will guide you through the heart pattern.

For more details, just click on the image.

You’ll definitely be able to finish this little crochet project this weekend, so you can give the Favourite Heart to your loved one just in time for Valentine’s Day. All you need is 25 g of cotton yarn (e.g. Bingo Line 163, 125 m/50 g), a size 3 crochet hook, and some stuffing or foam for filling. The crochet pattern is also suitable for beginners.

I hope you have lots of fun crocheting and giving it as a gift - Ina

The greatest feeling in our hearts is love. We feel it, we need it, and we can even give it as a gift—“it will never fade.” With my pattern, you can crochet your own heart flower or even an entire bouquet. It’s the perfect gift not just for Valentine’s Day, but also for Mother’s Day and birthdays. Have fun crocheting! Yours, Küma Tutorials.
