Free patterns (not an advertising thread)

Hi everyone,
I knit hats, booties (little shoes), and little jackets for premature babies and angel babies. I donate these to the Herzenssache organization here on Facebook. I cover the cost of the yarn and shipping myself—no problem at all.
Now I was wondering if I could get a few free patterns for these in newborn or doll sizes?
That would be great of you. Thanks so much in advance.
