Bank Transfer

I made my bank transfer 5 days ago, but I haven't received an email with a pattern yet.
What could be the reason for this?

on Crazypatterns, you don’t get the patterns by email; you can download them from the product page once you’ve paid for them. 
It’s best to check directly there on the pattern’s page.
If that doesn’t work, it’s best to contact Support directly.

Account > Downloads

But unfortunately, there isn’t a pattern in the downloads. Even though I’ve downloaded one before and it worked...
