Printing a Sewing Pattern

Hello, everyone. I ordered a sewing pattern as an e-book and only needed to print it out. I’ve done this with other providers before without any problems. But a sewing pattern from here just won’t print properly. The border and page number are missing toward the bottom of the sheet, so I can’t tape the sewing pattern together correctly.
The support referred me here because they couldn’t help me further.
Has anyone else had similar problems—and maybe a solution? I’d also like to mention that I’ve followed all the instructions on how the printer should be set up.

What printer are you using? Have you already contacted the technical support for this printer? I mean the printer manufacturer. There are always information pages specific to your printer—have you read those?

What program do you use to open the PDF files?
Can you use a different PDF reader as a temporary solution?

Do you have the option to print from another PC or laptop? Do you have the option to use a different printer?

Are you printing from your cell phone?
If so, please use a PC or laptop for the time being.

What format have you set? Have you changed any scaling settings on the printer?

I’d also like to mention that I wasn’t successful in printing the sewing pattern. Even with other PDF creation and printing programs, I can’t get a satisfactory result. 1.5 cm of the bottom edge remains hidden—it doesn’t print.
