Dear users, dear authors,
The workweek is finally over. Some of you may still need to do the shopping, but there should be plenty of time left for crafting.
This thread is the place for especially beautiful patterns — real highlights. You won’t want to miss them.

@Authors
Please share your highlights here. Don’t forget to include a link, an image, and text with details on the difficulty level, technique, materials, and what makes the pattern special.

How about this wonderful shawl?
You can relax while knitting the garter stitch section, and the lace section will give your needles a challenge.
The lace pattern is worked only on the right side, and purl stitches are knitted on the wrong side. The pattern includes a knitting chart, and the instructions are also written out additionally. All stitch counts are provided in the pattern, so you don’t have to calculate anything.
Material:Yarn: Madelinetosh Merino Light (100g / 440 yards / 402 meters) 2 skeins.Knitting needles: 3.5 mm circular needle.Other: Yarn needle for weaving in the ends.
This takes you directly to the pattern

HAMBURG AHOI is a special shawl, because its interesting stripe pattern makes it look different every time, depending on how you drape it.

You can get the “Rote Zora” pattern here with a 20% discount

This shawl is named after “Rote Zora” because of its fiery red color. “Rote Zora” is the heroine of a young adult novel by Kurt Held. As an orphan in Croatia, she has to survive on the streets together with her companions. The story was written after a journey by the author, in which he drew on his experiences with street children.

This pattern has a classic, elegant style and can be varied in width, from scarf to stole.

When you purchase it, you will receive a pattern that is 5 pages long and includes a knitting chart. The first rows are also written out to make it easier to get started.

You need to know the following techniques:
  • casting on stitches
  • purl stitches
  • knit stitches
  • yarn overs
  • left-leaning decreases
  • right-leaning decreases
  • cabling
The lace pattern is not suitable for beginners. You should have some lace experience.

You’ll need these materials at home:
  • 1 skein of Lace uni by Wollmeise in the color “Confident” (300g/1575m 100% merino wool)
  • 3.5 mm circular knitting needle (60–80 cm)
  • scissors
  • yarn needle

Highlight-Anleitungen...

that makes me think of the Noos. It’s available as an individual pattern, but also at a better price in a two-pack.

Once all the gifts have been bought, they need to be wrapped nicely—for example, in this little house.

This pretty gift box is made from cardstock and measures approximately 18.5 x 24 x 16 cm. It’s quick and easy to make—and perfect as a weekend project!
