First, a few questions:
What device are you using? What browser?
Is there an error message?
Where exactly is the problem? At what point in the download process does it stop?
Do you have a PDF reader installed? A program to unzip files?
You’ll need both; otherwise, it won’t work.

You can browse the pattern online—just click “Browse this pattern online” on the product page.
