Pattern Not Received

Can anyone help me?
I received a message saying that my pattern wasn't sent—he paid but didn't receive anything.
What can I do now? Normally, this happens automatically.

Patterns aren’t sent here; they’re downloaded directly.
If needed, the customer could try this link to download the pattern again

Thanks for the quick reply. He wrote to me saying when he paid for the pattern, but I can’t find his name on my bank statement at all. Shouldn’t his name also be on the bank statement?

Normally, the buyer should appear on your transaction history. Please ask the customer for a screenshot—that way, you’ll have the date, time, proof of purchase, and transaction number, and you can forward this information to support. The sooner you do this, the faster both you and the customer can be helped.
