I think this is really unfair right now, especially since we don't offer patterns or anything like that, but rather yarn so people can crochet or knit using your patterns...

Yeah, unfortunately I barely have time to crochet and knit myself... I can hardly participate in the forums... and rather than write some nonsense, I’d rather not write anything at all.

It’s your right to treat people that way, but I just don’t think it’s very nice right now.
Especially since I wasn’t just advertising—I was sending warm greetings. I just attached a picture...

I also think it’s a shame that new shops, etc., aren’t even given a chance to get a foothold anywhere.
If you can’t reach people, you might as well forget about it.

Since you offer patterns, this is a platform where you can reach those kinds of people.
But if that’s not what you want, please delete everything I’ve posted; unfortunately, I have no interest in a forum like this....

With factual, informative posts where your links were clearly visible in your signature, you could have definitely reached customers. Users who are just here to advertise aren’t really in the right place here.

to be completely honest: I find your objection—that new shops aren’t given a chance to advertise here—clearly out of place.
This is a platform for patterns. It’s not a platform where you can post free ads for other shops.
It’s only fair that we’re allowed to link to other websites in our signatures (such as our own material shops or Facebook pages, if we have them).
Josefa hasn’t just posted the link to the Freeminute page once either...

There are also some authors here who sell craft supplies, and even they don’t start threads with advertisements here.
