This lovely summer (fall or winter) cowl is crocheted in no time and looks very pretty thanks to the subtle openwork pattern. It’s ideal for cooler summer evenings or for the dreary transitional season. The cowl was crocheted with soft cotton, making it very comfortable to wear.
The pattern consists of just 2 rows. The only skills needed are chain stitches and double crochet. The pattern includes the design as a crochet chart and the design in pictures, explained step by step using the pictures.

This cowl is also well suited for beginners.< constantly

Materials needed:
  • 250 g Bella by Alize with a yardage of 180 m/50g in mint
  • Crochet hook no. 3
  • Embroidery needle for weaving in the ends.
If the cowl is crocheted with thicker yarn, then you’ll have a beautiful fall or winter cowl.

Here is the crochet pattern: Pretty cowl

Some small children don’t like scarves and are constantly tugging and pulling at them...
Also, many children have trouble tying a scarf around themselves in kindergarten or school in a way that actually keeps their neck warm. And then there’s that “great” game where some children keep yanking other kids’ scarves off their necks...

So how about a cozy neck warmer?!
It always fits nice and warmly around the neck, is easy even for the littlest ones to pull on by themselves, and looks pretty too!

Why not crochet a (or 2, 3, 4...) neck warmer—maybe even with a matching hat...

How many shawls and scarves does a woman need? Answer: Lots! Whether as a cowl, triangular shawl, stole, scarf... there are so many variations! Here are a few suggestions from my shop:
Stole/wing scarf AUTUMN BLISS: My absolute favorite piece!! Sometimes draped elegantly around the shoulders, sometimes wrapped casually as a voluminous scarf, or as an elegant stole for an evening outfit—this wing scarf always fits! The lace pattern is easy to knit, but a little knitting practice is helpful.

You can download the knitting pattern for the stole here:

The triangular shawl SOLVEIG is knitted with alternating pattern stripes and impresses with its simplicity, and especially with the hand-dyed yarn with its beautiful color shades and the interplay of 2 colors. This makes every piece unique! Knitting this shawl is pure relaxation, and the patterns are easy!

I also have loops in various versions:
Boyfriend Loop ANSGAR is a super casual loop / cowl for our favorite guy! The Boyfriend Loop was knitted with a hand-dyed Merino yarn from Malabrigo. But you can also knit the scarf beautifully with 6-ply sock yarn or marled or solid-colored Merino wool of the same weight. You only need knit and purl stitches here!

You can find the knitting pattern for the men's loop here:
https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/items/13736/strickanleitung-boyfriend-loop-der-loop-fuer-den-mann

Loop ANOUK is really quick and easy to knit! Can you knit edge stitches, knit stitches, and purl stitches? Great, then you can knit this loop!! The pattern is provided both as a knitting chart and described row by row.

You can download the knitting pattern here:

And then something for elves and romantics:
LOOP AMANDINE: Here, a printed mohair-silk yarn and a solid-dyed mohair-silk yarn were knitted together. Thanks to the pretty lace cable pattern, the loop also looks wonderful in a solid color! The knitted rose emphasizes the romantic touch and adds an extra eye-catcher!

Lace scarves are knitted with fine yarn using a lace pattern. They’re wonderfully lightweight yet still keep you warm.

The Safideska lace scarf features an engaging pattern, so knitting it never gets boring. Click here for the pattern.

Neptuntona is a scarf knitted in a textured pattern. It turns out quite wide, and the pattern looks good from both sides. Thanks to the pattern, this scarf is also well suited as a men's scarf.

Even if the temperatures currently suggest otherwise—fall is on its way! That’s why it’s time to start preparing now for the colder days ahead.

With the beautiful knitted loop “Sador,” you’ll be on the safe side.
The loop is very easy to make and can be created with almost any type of yarn. The length and width are customizable, and even beginners will have no trouble following the super-easy pattern.

Cozy, cheerful, chic, romantic but not kitschy, and great for beating the winter blues...! Loop JORDIS is crocheted with a simple fan pattern that impresses with its simplicity and, especially, with the yarn and its beautiful color gradients. Each piece becomes one of a kind! Here, a gradient yarn was combined with a solid-colored fluffy yarn so the overall look doesn’t become too colorful. If you prefer a solid color: the loop also looks fantastic with solid-colored yarns of the same weight! The LOOP is quick and easy to crochet and can be made using either the crochet chart or the written instructions for all rounds. The crocheted rose adds the ultimate eye-catcher!

Happy crocheting from

A gorgeous shawl that’s just right for the transition from summer to fall is “Ithilien.”

This lovely stole—which can also be worked as a scarf in different lengths and widths—is started in the center using a provisional cast-on. The difficulty level is intermediate, but ambitious beginners will also do well with the written instructions and the included knitting charts.

The shawl can be made with many different yarns—there are practically no limits to your imagination. And the result is a truly special eye-catcher—compliments guaranteed. ☺

A gorgeous shawl that you can adapt to your own needs is exactly what your wardrobe is still missing :-). You can crochet this shawl short, so that it wraps around your shoulders just once, or simply make it longer, and then you’ll have countless ways to wear this enchanting shawl. It’s light as air, yet still keeps your neck and shoulders warm.

Or this baktus, a crocheted triangular shawl

This shawl is wonderful too; it can be draped without a shawl pin because it has slots to tuck the ends through

This pattern is aimed especially at beginners who want to crochet with a Bobbel / gradient yarn for the first time. The result is a lovely loop scarf that can be wrapped twice around the neck and shows off the color gradients beautifully. To crochet the loop scarf, you need a 3-ply Bobbel with 750 m of yardage. You can find all further information, as well as the pattern, here: Loop "Margery"

This time it turned out to be a winter moebius made from leftover yarn from a sweater project. 200 m for needle size 6-7 are needed, so it’s also quick to finish and easy to knit on the side while watching TV.

Of course, the moebius can be worn not only as a hat, but simply as a scarf.

The scarf with the mouse appliqué is quick to crochet. The instructions explain how to crochet post double crochets, as well as how to modify the pattern and size. This means you can use any type of yarn you like for the scarf itself.
