Busy little elves: spontaneously finish a UFO/WIP today = 1 hour or less / unraveling counts too

Dear community,
just grab a UFO or an unfinished craft project that you can finish very quickly—in less than an hour—or even unravel. Do you have a suitable UFO? Have fun! Feel free to upload your own photos here in this thread. 

Those pesky UFOs....

Nope, didn’t finish a UFO. I’m still working on my arm warmers, and they just won’t seem to get done. But since I knit a few rounds on them every day, they’re not really a UFO. Not for much longer, though—I’ll be able to bind off the last stitch soon. 

Why is it taking so long to finish? Well, something else exciting always comes up. 

Yesterday I found some sewn TaTüTas online and, of course, had to try them out right away. 

They’re quick to sew, and these two are going to the hedgehog rescue center for the next fundraiser. I’m sure a few more will follow, since I have a huge stash of fabric and it’s really fun.

What are your UFOs up to?

They’re still doing fine.

But one of them was on the chopping block yesterday… a dishcloth I’d started. Beautiful yarn, but the wrong needle size. I really struggled with it. So yesterday I did the unraveling. That’s one less bag in my project corner.

Right on time for Valentine’s Day, my little pillow is finished



The motif was designed and embroidered in February 2024



I can check that off today. UFO No. 24 is finished; there are still 32 waiting in the queue (which I don’t want to talk about today)
