How much yarn, fabric, and other materials do you currently have in stock?

Do you have enough yarn, fabric, and materials in stock, or do you need to restock?

Tip: You can always find matching patterns in the shop. With the prepaid store credit account, everything is even more affordable, and you can save beautiful patterns to your favorites / wish list for later. 

I always have plenty of yarn at home—I just got a bag full of yarn as a gift from my sister’s mother-in-law.
When I’m out shopping and spot some nice yarn, I often can’t resist and end up buying it, even if I already have enough.

Yes, I always have plenty of cotton at home, too. There are these “under-bed storage chests” (is that what they’re called?), a flat, rectangular piece like a suitcase that you can slide under the bed—so practical. That’s where I keep my cotton stash.
And there’s still some sock yarn in there, too, but it’s just a few skeins.
I do still have quite a few pieces of fabric in stock, but they’re often just small scraps—more than a remnant, but not enough for a 50-cm pillow. So I actually had to order some more.
And for years now, I’ve had some paper crafts for Halloween and winter/Christmas lying around here—maybe this year I’ll actually manage to finish making them. But time just flies by so fast—it was just Easter, and now it’s already summer; I feel so rushed! 🤣

I keep my yarn in boxes like these on top of my dresser in the bedroom—they’re see-through on one side, so I can see what’s inside.🧶🧶🧵🪡

My yarn stash is small, but it’s enough for me. When it comes to fabric, though, it’s a different story—I’ve got quite a bit lying around :-))

Have you done any shopping?

I went and bought some fabric again :-)) First, I needed a new pair of lightweight summer pants, and then they happened to have fabric bundles for €5 lying around—which I was able to use to sew two great blouses—that’s more than just luck. :-)) I don’t know yet what I’ll sew from the other fabrics in the bundle.
I’m not buying any wool right now—I have plenty lying around and want to use that up first, because unfortunately, my storage space is limited ;-) :-)
