Here we have an old shirt from my son-in-law and the spines of books from the bookshelf

A quilt made from old bed and table linens. Many of the fabrics have a history and remind me of friends and family.

WOW! Great pieces are being shown here
But I also found another quilt, which I once made from the front panels of shopping bags that I had all sewn myself. At some point the bags got out of hand, so I took them apart and sewed a quilt from them. Just as it was finished, my “sandwich daughter” came to visit; she saw the quilt and it was gone :-)))

Wow, it’s amazing what kind of quilt projects you’ve all created here. Especially the ideas for all the different things you can sew together. It almost makes me want to give it a try myself, but unfortunately I already have so many hobbies.
It’s really lovely to look at, though. Hats off to all that hard work.
