Yes, it’s a holiday in North Rhine-Westphalia. It’s used as so-called Father’s Day, so that men and beer can roam or lie around the countryside inseparably.

Yes, it’s a holiday in Baden-Württemberg, too. And then I found out quite spontaneously this morning that I get to stay home on Friday as well. I’m doing a little happy dance....

So I wish everyone who also has Friday off a super-nice long weekend.
