It was supposed to be in only four federal states, including here in North Rhine-Westphalia. But I didn’t even notice it until the sirens went off at 11:00 a.m.

I was sitting in my family doctor’s office at 11 a.m. when my cell phone suddenly started buzzing. 😀😃 The doctor and her assistant laughed and said, “Can you hear it? It’s buzzing and beeping from every corner in here.”

Yes, it was Warning Day here in North Rhine-Westphalia. Cell phones and sirens worked. Here in Cologne, it was also at 11 a.m.
