Knitting intarsia in the round.... Can anyone help me or give me a tip?

Hi everyone, I’m currently working on a sweater,
top-down, circular yoke. So far, so good; the circular yoke pattern is pretty easy to knit.... Now here’s the big question: I’m supposed to knit individual small colored elements as intarsia into the sleeves and also the body, but if I knit in the round, won’t the yarn be at the wrong end on the second round? How do I do that then???

I’ve never done this before either, but I found a wonderful video by Sylvie Rasch on YouTube. She explains it really well. There are several more videos on the topic there.
