2025 Election

Hi everyone,
I don’t know about you, but I’ll be glad when this coming Sunday finally arrives.
I’m so sick of hearing about it all—every TV channel, every radio station, every social media platform is so overloaded with all kinds of information. My head is spinning!
I already voted a week ago—it was the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make in all my years, even though I’ve never missed an election.

I mailed in my absentee ballot today.

That’s right—it’s really starting to get on my nerves. But luckily, you don’t have to tune in. I’ve already voted, too, so I’ll just sit back and knit in peace.

I’ve already voted too, and to escape all this madness I watch nature films on YouTube or old movies like Heidi, etc.

You’re so right…

We’ve already voted, too, and right now we’re pretty much just streaming to escape the same old discussions about the same old topics.
It’s really exhausting right now….
But I’m afraid this issue will keep us busy for a while longer—forming a government certainly isn’t going to be easy either.

You’re so right, and yet I’ve still listened to quite a bit. Though it was on a podcast where the individual parties’ “election platforms” were examined for scientific feasibility… things like nuclear power plants, cars, heat pumps, etc… It was actually interesting 😊—what’s being promised but is technically impossible to implement. 
I’ll only go vote on Sunday. And until then, I can’t play one of my favorite games on my tablet—or rather, I refuse to. I downloaded it from an app store, and right in the middle of the game, I get ads from some pretty “unpleasant” parties 🤔😤
I’ll just be glad when this first phase of “madness” is finally over...
