Busy little elves: do you currently have a difficult pattern?

what are you working on at the moment? Are you currently facing any challenges / difficulties?

For me, it’s very rare that I actually read or even look at the patterns. Usually, the pattern and the pattern diagram are enough for me to know where everything goes. My friend always says that patterns are there for us so we have something to ignore :-)))) ;-))))

No, not a difficult pattern. But I’m working on a larger embroidery project, and it’s taking some time. So it’s a challenge for me to stay on track with it. 

No, I don’t have a difficult pattern to figure out right now. I’m currently sewing a summer-themed shopping bag for my friend’s birthday. Of course, I’ll be putting a little something inside it. The bag will basically serve as the gift wrapping. I recently found a wonderfully colorful linen fabric with large flowers in the SAL, and I’m sewing that up now.

I don’t have any tricky patterns right now either.

I just finished crocheting this granny square. I only had a picture to go by.
It’s so much fun. Sometimes I have to force myself to take a break. But see for yourselves.
