Is the unicorn craze still going strong?

Dear community,
Has the unicorn craze died down a bit by now? How are things going with the owls, the mermaids and the rest of the trendy animals?

I think unicorns are just like the other trendy animals—people’s preferences are as diverse as humanity itself. It’s all a matter of taste, too; some people like unicorns, while others prefer turtles or hedgehogs. You actually see them all pop up every now and then.

Many of these trends often appeal only to a certain age group and therefore resurface regularly, like dinosaurs with kids or something like that.
I still see a lot of unicorn stuff, but the sloth craze doesn’t seem to be as big right now.

My 2 1/2-year-old granddaughter is still totally into unicorns.
