there sure are all kinds of days out there. No, I’m not really in the mood for a road trip. I don’t need that at the end of November. Tomorrow our son is coming over with our two little grandchildren (ages 2 and 6). We’ll be making Christmas crafts. Everything is ready. We’re really looking forward to it.

Oh yes, a little road trip would be nice again. I do miss traveling a bit, but you’re right—with this weather, only the sunny south is tempting.
So I’m keeping the sun in my heart and currently crocheting some summer decorations, but starting December 1, I’ll dive into this year’s Advent calendar—I’m sure it’ll have some wintery and Christmas-themed items in it too.
Tomorrow evening we’re having some lovely guests over—the core group of our closest friends is getting together; there are only six of us left—crazy! And we’ll be kicking off raclette season—I’m really looking forward to it, both the company and the food. :-)
