How are your Advent projects coming along?

Things are going well for me—I just need to finish a St. Nicholas figure for a friend, and then I’ll have everything ready.
I actually wanted to make paper lanterns for Halloween (which I already missed) and St. Martin’s Day, but I just can’t seem to get motivated, so I’ll have to put that off until next year.
In December, I’ll be doing LaCritza’s Advent calendar again—there’ll be plenty to do then. I’m already really excited, and before I know it, it’ll be Easter. :-)

This year, I’ll once again be giving only handmade gifts. So I’m busy knitting socks and crocheting dishcloths—both in festive designs inspired by Hobbii’s Christmas yarns. The dishcloths come in various designs, and I’ve already finished three pairs of Christmas socks (2 pairs for kids and 1 pair in size 38). I just reordered some more Christmas sock yarn because it’s so great to knit with, and I’ve decided I want to make even more friends happy with it.  

As far as crafts go, fall is over for me, but Christmas is still far away.

I’ll definitely still be working on my blanket this week. There are still quite a few squares to embroider.

There’s already a duck, heart, star, sheep, and much more.
