Mermaid Marina was crocheted by me using acrylic yarn (Rico Baby Classic and Rico Baby Glitz). With this yarn, she measures about 40 cm tall (measured stretched out). But you can make her with any other yarn too; at most, the size will change. I added some chenille wire to the arms and fish tail so you can bend Marina into different poses. For the hair, I used mohair wool.

These
little mermaids, on the other hand, are only about 9 cm tall. They are very easy and quick to make, because they are crocheted in the style of “Glückswürmchen” and are perfect for using up small amounts of leftover yarn. Use them as bag charms, keychains, or lucky charms!

So that little girls can play mermaid with their fashion dolls too, there is this
mermaid outfit for small dolls, which you can also make using leftover yarn you already have. It consists of a fish tail, the top, and matching headpiece. Let the doll mom choose her favorite colors for it, and if you like, decorate the fish tail with small beads or sequins! The little doll mom will be thrilled!
