Are you working on your Christmas projects?

Dear users, dear authors,
How are your projects for Advent, St. Nicholas Day and Christmas coming along?

Not yet.

First up in October are two birthdays where wishes have been expressed. And I already have a gift in the works for November.

Christmas still feels a long way off to me.

My mind is still on lanterns for Halloween, St. Martin’s Day, and things like that—I’m not quite ready to think about Christmas yet. But I haven’t even started on a lantern yet, so it might be a tight squeeze.

For me, the Christmas spirit is definitely in the air already—at least when it comes to crafts. ☺️
I just discovered macramé, and smaller projects are great for practicing the individual knots. 

And I’ve got one in the works—it’s going to be my own creation. I’m just going to let myself go with it and see what comes out of it. I’m currently knotting with silk 😁—I just don’t like knitting with it; it crinkles as I knit, and I’m worried it’ll be the same in a sweater or scarf.  

Let’s see how big it ends up being—I’ve still got plenty of yarn 😉
