Crafting with Wool / Crafting with Leftover Yarn

Dear users, dear authors,
Do you have any ideas for crafting with wool / crafting with leftover yarn?

I often turn leftover yarn into pom-poms. You can either play with them or use them to make other things. If you follow the Crazypatterns blog, you might have seen a pretty Christmas wreath made out of pom-poms there. But since this isn’t an advertising thread, there won’t be a picture or a link. 

You can even collect yarn scraps you’ve cut off from your own projects and use them as stuffing for figures, etc.

I used to make pictures out of leftover yarn.

For this, you’ll need construction paper and glue.
It works best if the leftover yarn is long enough to glue onto the paper in a spiral shape in various sizes.
