Handmade Animals / Amigurumi: Great for Christmas Too

Here I’ll show you some little crocheted animals from my shop that you can use as keychains, but that are also great for Christmas and winter decorations.


Björn the polar bear is quick and easy to crochet using a few scraps of leftover yarn and works well as a bag charm, keychain, Christmas tree ornament, or part of a winter-themed decoration. He measures about 8 cm.



And here’s another polar bear: The “Ü-Ei” polar bear is crocheted around the empty plastic capsule of a surprise egg. This way, you can open it in the middle and hide a little surprise inside his belly. Maybe that’s an idea for an Advent calendar?

Pauli is crocheted in 2 pieces, which are joined together at the end with a round of single crochet. This means there’s no sewing on or sewing together small parts at the end. 

Pauli’s size depends on the yarn and hook size used.

Animals are popular with young and old alike.
In my shop , you’ll find many motif cloths featuring animal designs.

Guardian angel or Christmas angel?
