A garment that you can customize to your individual needs in width, length, color, yarn, etc. is my “old young girl” tunic, which, worked shorter, can pass as a crop top or
longer and wider, even as a dress.

Based on the cut of a pinafore dress for children, this lovely piece was created for adults.
You start at the top on the straps with a double picot cast-on
and that means there are no seams at the shoulders.

You can decide for yourself where to make the pattern change.
I added a tie band above the pattern change.
This lets me adjust the width and immediately see which side is the outside.
It was crocheted with a 4-ply gradient cake in light green with a gradient strand (confetti strand or harlequin strand) and with hook size 3.
Of course, you can also use other yarns and other colors.

You can find more information and the pattern to purchase by clicking here

Fall is now fast approaching, and hat season will be here sooner than we'd all like. Be prepared, for example with the “Lucky Messenger” hat

Just one pattern, and the whole family is equipped for the cold seasons.
Whether as a headband or women's hat with a modern inserted pattern, or the simple version for men, there is something here for everyone.
The hats can be made in any size, with any yarn and the matching hook size .
Even for advanced beginners, it should be no problem; everything is explained in great detail.

Click here to go directly to the pattern:

Materials needed:

The amount of material required depends on the hook/yarn thickness and the hat or headband size (head circumference).
In the example here (hat in apricot) with gradient yarn/4-ply:

  • Head circumference = 56 cm, hat height = approx. 19 cm - approx. 307 m
  • Any crochet hook (here size 3)
  • Possibly a hat pom-pom

Hand-crocheted socks are indispensable in the cold season.
With my crochet socks “grüne Minna” you’ll be well prepared.
The foot section is crocheted densely, the heel is a real heel with a very good fit, and the leg is crocheted in a lace pattern.
The great thing about hand-crocheted socks is that you can crochet them just the way your leg needs.
If you have thin legs, crochet a narrow leg; if you have thicker legs, make it wider.
That way nothing cuts in or constricts your blood vessels.
You can also make the leg length just the way you like it best in socks.
You can use any sock yarn with a yardage of about 420 m/100 g,
such as 4-ply sock yarn or the sock yarn with glitter thread that I used.

This crocheted bookmark for musicians and music fans, especially those who love guitar music, is made from just a few scraps of leftover yarn. Using the suggested yarn, the guitar measures about 15 cm and can also be used as an appliqué or for decoration.
You can download the crochet pattern for the “Guitar” bookmark here!

The rose is such a special flower that it takes the starring role on the "Rose Petals" scarf. After the double-face knitted version, the motif is now also available for crochet. For the motif section at the beginning and end of the scarf, you work with both colors at the same time. Single crochet stitches are crocheted, and the color not in use is crocheted in so that both sides look beautiful. The middle section consists of a simple, loose arch pattern that can be wrapped cozily around your neck.

With this, you’re guaranteed to draw plenty of admiring glances.

The little snowman Snowball is a cute idea for winter decor and gift wrapping.
Fill the gift box with candy, gift cards, or small tokens of appreciation and make someone’s day.
You’ll receive a detailed 25-page pattern with plenty of photos to help you recreate it quickly.
