How about a pair of warm “Funny Stripes” mittens?

The pattern is available in sizes S, M, and L. With the colorful stripes, you can let your creativity run wild and crochet mittens for the whole family in your favorite colors. The pattern is quick to crochet and ideal for using up leftover yarn.

You can knit your own cleaning cloths / mop pads for your mop in lots of bright colors.
When they get dirty, you can wash them and reuse them.
You don’t have to buy expensive disposable cloths that end up in the trash after one use.
For the yarn, you can also use leftovers or yarn from unraveled pieces.

Plain, striped, or colorfully made from leftovers, you can knit thick house socks for the sofa for your whole family, or use them as bed socks in winter or when camping.

Door wreaths are available for every season and for many occasions. Use them to redesign your entryway again and again!


The bright colors of fall are captured in the Mini Door Wreath "Fall". It has a diameter of only 12 cm, so it also works well as wall or window decoration. It turns out especially beautiful if you crochet with gradient yarn. I used leftover sock yarn here.



The Door Wreath "Oktoberfest" also fits well with the coming season. At 17 cm in diameter, it is medium-sized. Of course, it is decorated with traditional "Wiesn treats": beer, pretzels, and a gingerbread heart.



And finally, a very colorful door wreath for the children's room: On the Door Wreath "Noah's Ark"
you can see many different animals under a rainbow. This crochet project is very varied and is sure to be lots of fun. The door wreath has a diameter of 25 cm and makes a wonderful gift for a baptism or birth.

The simple models, in particular, offer plenty of room for your own creativity. That’s certainly the case with these little boxes : I’ll provide you with templates for four different box sizes as well as detailed crafting instructions. The colors you choose, how you decorate them, and what you use them for are entirely up to your imagination.



The boxes are made of photo cardstock and have edge lengths of approximately 3, 4, 5, and 6 cm. They’re very easy to make and are also great for crafting with children.

Colorful is always a good idea and puts you in a good mood! You can enjoy all the bright colors while crocheting or knitting, and later enjoy the variety of colors in the finished piece. Here are two examples from me.

Round Rug Colorful

We crochet from the inside out. After each round, the rug changes its look thanks to the color used. It’s really a lot of fun. At the end, we make the rug non-slip.






French Knitting Rug

Another beautiful rug! The colors and color combinations used give each rug a different look. Every rug becomes one of a kind. You can choose the size yourself. First we crochet a basic framework, into which we later thread strands that we have previously cranked out with our mechanical knitting mill (with a hand crank). It’s a lot of fun, and children can join in too.

You can knit this patchwork skirt beautifully using lots of colorful scraps. It could become a favorite piece for your little princess. The pieces are simply knitted together one by one, so there are no seams.

The skirt fits sizes 110 and up.
