Win vouchers worth €10 each with your creative creations!

Dear users,

We warmly invite you all to take part in our contest and present your creative creations in the photo gallery! Along the way, you’ll have the chance to win one of 10 vouchers worth €10 each.

How the contest works:

1. Photos of creations made from patterns on the themes "Maritime" and "Best of Scraps" are eligible to enter. This means that the submitted creations must reflect theme-related patterns.

2. You enter by uploading your photos to the photo gallery on the Crazypatterns page. To do this, go to the relevant product page and click "Upload" there. 

3. 10 vouchers worth €10 each will be awarded among all participating photos. The winners will be determined by a vote taking place from December 1 to 15, 2024.

4. All submitted and eligible photos will be put to the vote. The community will vote on which creations impressed them the most. The 10 creations with the most votes will each receive shopping credit.

Can you use any CP pattern and leftover materials, or are there specific patterns you have to follow? 

This should be a pattern from this year’s community event, as described in point 1. You’ll also find the relevant links there.

Can I still participate in this promotion? 

Since the voting begins on December 1, I assume that entries can be submitted until that date. 

Where exactly can I find the customer photos that are up for voting? Everything is all mixed up in the “Gallery.” Is there a separate folder that I just haven’t found yet?

There will be a vote later. I think at that point, CP will compile the participating images in some way.
I hope so.

Customers should upload their photos directly to the product page of the relevant pattern (see point 2 above). This way, they’re linked to it from the start, and support can already find them through the participating patterns. That’s how I understood it.
Details on how the voting will work—such as whether there will be a separate page for the photos—will surely be announced later.

Is this promotion still going on?

You can still find the patterns by entering “maritim-2024” or “reste-2024” in the search function.
If you upload a piece you created using one of these patterns to the gallery by December 30, you could win.  Voting for the winners will take place from December 1–15. (See Alexander’s post above.)

Perhaps we should draw attention to this promotion again separately.
November has begun, and the number of uploaded entries is rather sparse 

I bought this little lavender elf to enter the “Use Up Your Leftovers” challenge.
But when I tried to upload it, it didn’t work. The designer had since moved it to the blog.

I don’t think that’s great.

It’s nice that the pattern is now available for free, but why during an ongoing challenge?

Unfortunately, the designer wouldn’t tell me why. The only response I got was that the pattern was available on the blog. When I asked again, “Why during an ongoing challenge?” I didn’t get a reply.

That’s not how you earn brownie points as a seller—at least not with me.

Maybe Support can still include your awesome Secret Santa entry in the voting after all?

That would be fair.

Where can you actually vote for the winners of this contest? I get the impression that this contest has somehow fallen by the wayside.
