New Crochet Patterns August 2024: Start Crocheting Now

Good morning. Brand new in the shop: 

The Noelia tunic or dress for women.

The pattern is intended more for experienced crocheters who already have experience with a round yoke.

In the 25-page pattern, you get comprehensive explanations of the round yoke and how to adjust it to your own body, crochet charts, and illustrated instructions. There are also tables for every starting stitch count, so you can always check that you have the correct number of repeats.

So nothing can really go wrong when working from the pattern.

New to me today—as part of the Crazypatterns campaign—is this little gem

Whether as a long dress, mini dress, or tunic—with this pattern, you can crochet your very own beautiful cover-up for the beach!

The pattern is based on your own measurements, so you can crochet any size; for example, I also made a dress for my daughter. 

What makes it special: I’ve included several variations so your dress turns out perfectly!
For the very first time, I’ve also included a crochet chart.

These two crochet patterns were created as part of the Crazy Patterns community campaigns “Maritime, Sun, Sand, and Sea” and “The Best from Leftovers”:



The lighthouse is illuminated with an LED light and can be used as gift packaging. I keep mine in the bathroom and use it to store my makeup remover pads. That’s why the pattern also includes instructions for shell-shaped makeup remover pads.

You don’t necessarily have to be able to tell that leftover-yarn patterns are made from leftovers. Here, I’ve designed an activity book for children where they can explore all kinds of fasteners, such as zippers, snaps, buttons, and bows. In addition, the figures can be sorted by color, shape, or number. On the cover, there is a game of “Tic-Tac-Toe.” This type of book is also called a “quiet book” because children can quietly occupy themselves with it for quite a while.

As part of the collaborative campaign “Themed Worlds – Summer 2024,”
I created the “Colorful Birds” crochet pattern for the theme “Making the Most of Leftovers.”

  

These cheerful birds are perfect for all kinds of decorative purposes, but also for complementing other crochet projects, such as door wreaths or mobiles, or even at the bottom of a wind spiral (there’s a free pattern for that in my shop).

The pattern is divided into several sections, so there’s something for every skill level. From a clear short explanation to crochet charts, special instructions and tips, all the way to a photo tutorial—it’s all included.

"ILAYDA" Triangle Shawl – In the pattern, I’ll show you step by step how to crochet this enchanting triangle shawl—the varied crochet patterns keep things interesting, and the result is a real eye-catcher. I’ll also show you how to crochet the fish motifs in a short video. For experienced crocheters.

With Kame I ventured into a completely different crochet corner than usual. The turtle is an entry for the Maritime 2024 campaign.

Kame is made without stuffing.
The little turtle consists of a dark top side (blue) and a white underside.
If small children will be playing with it, replace the beads with safety eyes or embroider the eyes.

The PDF file contains two pages with step-by-step instructions and is suitable for beginners with basic knowledge.

Only about 4 weeks left until Oktoberfest! My little dolls Anna and Anton have already dressed up for the occasion. Anna is proudly wearing her new dirndl, and Anton is sporting his lederhosen. Of course, the typical Wies’n treats—pretzels and a gingerbread heart—are a must.
