We’ve all been there: We knit lots of wonderful projects, and over time a sizeable pile of leftover yarn builds up, or we’re left with single skeins. It’s far too good to leave unused!

With the HAPPY SCRAPPY cowl, you can use up all your leftover 4-ply sock yarn and other leftover yarn of the same weight, as long as you have at least 10 g or 40 m of each.
It is knitted in relaxed stockinette stitch stripes, alternating with a simple lace pattern into which pretty little “dandelions” are worked. A photo tutorial in the pattern shows you how it’s done. Of course, you can vary the length of the cowl depending on how warm you want it to be and how much leftover yarn you have.
