Thanks, Veronika! It’s an awl and a thumb thimble, plus a needle case across the front, and the round disc is a thread cutter. It also comes with a needle for pre-punched leather.

But if you ordered it on Amazon, it can’t be old—it’s more of a “vintage-style” piece. In any case, it looks very pretty and lets the seamstress in you dream of the good old days, when things were still stylish and valuable and were even passed down as family treasures.
