I agree with Petra—it’s a very nice housewarming gift.
Roses are always a good choice. But I’d only want to receive the one on the right as a gift. I prefer the color gradient of the embroidery thread here. It makes the rose look more lifelike; the light and dark areas create an effect of light and shadow to my eye. The yellow tulle rose goes well with it, too—I’m sure you made that one yourself.
