Crochet pattern for the “Sinja” dress - for all children’s sizes

This pretty little summer dress is sure to turn heads at the beach, at daycare, or even on festive occasions. It has a button placket at the back and is worked in one piece from top to bottom (raglan from the top). You can achieve a wonderful effect with soft color gradients.

Since every child is built differently, the dress can be adjusted in width and length as desired. The pattern is designed for hook sizes 3/ 3.5/ and 4.

The dress is definitely suitable for beginners, provided you know the required basic stitches, and the process is explained in detail.

Click here and you’ll go directly to the dress

The amount of material needed depends on the hook/yarn thickness and the dress length/width.

In the example here: Size 92 used 910 m → 3-ply gradient yarn
All further yardage information for each size can be found in the pattern
    • Crochet hook to match the yarn (example here: hook size 3)
    • 4 stitch markers
    • 2 - 5 buttons (as desired)

Click here and you’ll get to the matching bolero jacket

Sinja is also the name of the matching bolero jacket. You can also make it in all children’s sizes and adjust the length and width.

The jacket is worked in one piece (Rvo), so it is also ideal for gradient yarns.

You can work from written instructions and/or a crochet chart.

The amount of material needed naturally depends on the hook and yarn thickness as well as on the length of the jacket.

In the example here, size 80/86 used 455 m → 3-ply modal yarn

All further average yardage information for each size can be found in the pattern
    • Crochet hook to match the yarn, here hook size 3
    • 4 stitch markers
    • 3 - 5 buttons

It’s going to be colorful and delicious! Just arrived in my shop: these awesome popsicles

Perfect for using up leftover yarn, since the stick requires only about 3g and the popsicle about 10g of yarn.

In my pattern, I use a 3.0mm hook and cotton yarn (50g/160m)—but you can also use other comparable yarns. Please note: the dimensions of 14x6 cm may vary!

I designed this ice cream for my daughter’s play kitchen, but I can also imagine it as a fun decoration for a beach-themed party :)

Give this crocheted surprise egg as a little gift to celebrate the birth of a child. Inside, you can hide a gift certificate: for babysitting, diapers, baby food, or something similar.
Or maybe you’ll use this little baby doll to hint to “him” that he’s about to become a dad?

You’ll find the brand-new crochet pattern right here in my shop!

A new highlight in our play kitchen is this little loaf of bread with a matching loaf pan.

With the handy handles, little bakers can easily pop the finished loaf out of the pan without “burning” their fingers ;-) If you adjust the colors, it can easily become a small cake.

Brand new in my shop are these cute little lucky ladybugs, which are perfect for beginners and can be crocheted from leftover yarn. The ladybugs’ bodies are made in a spiral, just like the popular lucky worms. Give these ladybugs as gifts to your loved ones and wish them lots of luck! For one ladybug, you’ll only need a tiny bit of yarn in black, red, and green.

After a long time, I finally have a new crochet pattern! The “Heart Wave” bookmark is here and will (hopefully) win your heart in no time.
You can crochet it for yourself – maybe to match the cover of your current read? Or you can make it as a loving gift. And if you add a little sparkle and decorate the tassel with beads as well, little princesses and princes in particular are sure to be delighted.

Suitable for beginners and pros
My crochet pattern is suitable both for beginners with basic knowledge of stitches and for pros. It includes a short version, a detailed photo tutorial, crochet charts, tips and explanations for special stitches, as well as instructions for making a tassel.

What you can crochet with the pattern
  • Basic wave shape: The base of the bookmark, whose length you can adjust as you like.
  • Center line with  leaves: These are crocheted directly onto the basic shape.
  • Hearts and flowers: These elements are crocheted separately and sewn on wherever you like at the end.
  • Tassel: A decorative finishing touch that completes the bookmark.

For more details, feel free to take a look at the item description . You’ll also find additional photos there.
Have fun crocheting and see you soon!
