Knitting baby items is a lot of fun, because you reach your goal quickly.
This baby hat is quick to knit.
It grows with the baby and doesn’t slip off their head when the little ones move around.
The ears are always covered and the little head stays nice and warm.
You can also knit the hat for dolls.

The baby bib / child’s bib is a great thing.
In the pattern, you’ll get the motif of the newly hatched chick “Piepsi is here!”.
BUT:
you can also work any motif from my dishcloths/washcloths into the bib.
I’ve described exactly how to do that for you.
You buy the bib pattern, and if you also like another motif for the bib, you only need to buy the less expensive dishcloth/washcloth, and then you can knit the bib with the next motif.
This way, you can also make and give away washcloths and bibs as a set.

The baby blanket “I LOVE MY TEDDY BEAR,” with lots of hearts, chicks, and lucky clover, is knitted using only knit and purl stitches.
That’s why it’s also suitable for beginners who have plenty of patience for a larger project.
If you don’t know whether this kind of knitting is right for you, first try a dishcloth/washcloth with, for example, a teddy motif.
If you succeed and enjoy it, then the blanket will work out too.
