This blanket is big enough to wrap a child up nice and warm or to use as a crawling blanket so that your child doesn't have to lie on the cold floor. The blanket is knitted with knit and purl stitches only and is therefore relatively easy to work.

Stitch Sample
Stockinette stitch: 17 stitches = 10 cm wide. 24 rows = 10 cm high.
With this stitch sample, the blanket will be approx. 109 cm wide and approx. 96 cm long.

• You need approx. 500 g Rico Design, BASIC Super Big aran. 80% polyacrylic, 20% wool. LL: 880m per 400g. My consumption was exactly 475g. The consumption may vary a little depending on your personal knitting style. You can also use a different wool with a similar yardage.
