Organizing Purchased Patterns

A while back, I moved some patterns into folders (e.g., Christmas patterns), but I don’t remember how to do it anymore. Now I’d like to sort and organize the patterns by author. My list is so long that it takes me forever to find what I’m looking for! 

I’d create a main folder for the type of craft.
Under that, I’d make a subfolder with the author’s name.
The respective patterns would then go into those subfolders.

It should look like this:

Main folder Crochet
Subfolder Author A
 Pattern A
 Pattern B
Subfolder Author B
 Pattern A
 Pattern B
Main folder Knitting

and so on and so forth.


I also don’t know if or how you can create folders here on CP for purchased patterns.
But if you go to “Downloads” in the drop-down menu of your account, you’ll see a list of your purchased patterns (free patterns are included as well). Above that, there’s a row of filters you can use to narrow down your search. There’s also an option to filter by author/designer.
