Braided Pattern

how do you make a braided pattern? Thanks for any helpful posts.

An entrelac pattern is what you call a braided pattern—whether knitted, crocheted, or worked in Tunisian crochet. It would be too involved to explain it here in words, but there are plenty of videos about it on YouTube:
