Spring starts in 4.5 weeks: Have a lovely weekend, everyone

Dear users, dear designers,
in about 4.5 weeks, spring will begin, on March 20. The change to daylight saving time will then be on March 31.
Winter has been long enough—it’s time for spring. Do you have plans for the weekend? As long as it’s still unpleasant outside, you’re sure to have a little time for UFOs and new projects. Have a lovely weekend, everyone. 

Thanks, Josefa—I wish the same for you and everyone else here too. Mine is definitely better than I expected. I went to see a nuclear medicine specialist today to get my thyroid checked; they found a nodule when I was in the hospital. Thankfully, it’s a cold nodule and not cancer, but I’ll still have to undergo surgery for it this year. But that can wait until summer, because thankfully it isn’t urgently needed right now.

It’s too warm here, and the flowers in the garden are blooming like crazy.

We don’t have any plans—we’ll just see what happens.

Ours will be quiet—a bit of housework, some reading, lots of crafts, and otherwise plenty of rest. I’m feeling a bit run down at the moment; I’m on new medication and still getting used to it. But that’s okay—we retirees can always take it easy, and besides, they’re predicting a lot of rain, so I won’t be missing out on anything outside.
Although I’m slowly starting to long for spring, the balcony, and all that....
