Confirm email address

Hi, I'm supposed to confirm my email address, but unfortunately I haven't received an email. What should I do now? Otherwise, I won't be able to buy any patterns.

have you checked your spam folder?
Sometimes emails like that end up there—depending on how your filter is set up.
Otherwise, I’d recommend contacting support. .

It seems like patience is called for today. I uploaded a pattern yesterday around 6 p.m., and it still hasn’t been approved yet (24 hours later). But there aren’t any other patterns listed in the “New Arrivals” section either...

Maybe there are some technical issues.

Hi, I signed up two weeks ago—or maybe even longer—and unfortunately there’s nothing in my spam folder. 

Then contact support. Since it’s the weekend, though, they might not get back to you until Monday.
