The star-shaped tealight holders  are a beautiful decoration for a festive Christmas table and can be crocheted very quickly and easily from leftover yarn. For one tealight holder you only need about 10 g of cotton yarn and a 2.5 mm crochet hook.



If you’re wishing for snow at Christmas, don’t wait to see whether St. Peter grants your wish. Just crochet yourself a few sweet snowflakes and hang them in your window! If you like, you can also add a small pocket on the back and use the snowflakes as an Advent calendar. 15 g of white cotton yarn and a small leftover bit of silver yarn are enough for one flake.



You can also crochet beautiful, sustainable gift bags with Christmas motifs from leftover yarn. The little bags are especially good for easily wrapping smaller, irregularly shaped gifts.
