The turtleneck sweater for small fashion dolls fits both male and female dress-up dolls. It’s knitted as a raglan from the top using sock yarn, so the size can always be easily adjusted. You don’t have to worry much about a pattern: it’s knitted in stockinette stitch, and the “Norwegian pattern” emerges all on its own from the skein.

Raglan can be knitted or crocheted. The big advantage is that you work it in one piece and have no seams to sew up at the end. I find that especially important for doll clothes, because with such small dimensions, every seam would be doubly annoying.

Turtleneck Sweater for Dolls


We start at the turtleneck and knit the sweater in one piece. We knit with a set of double-pointed needles. The length of the sweaters is variable. Small amounts of leftover yarn are enough.



Jackets and Pants for Small Dolls
